We would like to invite you to join INPPA for our May meeting on Posing from our very own Ted Lane.
We will be going over the differences of Masculine and Feminine posing.
Feel free to bring your camera and get in some practice with our Models.
Ted E Lane will teach us the basics of posing and then we will break off into small groups to practice ourselves. This is sure to be an educational opportunity for all who attend!
Ted started his photographic journey in the late 60's as a salesman and P/R man for Cornelius Photography, a local Tulsa Studio. Learning darkroom and photography.
In 1977 he started buying out Portrait Center. Fifteen years later he opened up Lane Photography. Soon, he was joined by Don Hayden with whom he shared a studio with. Ted Closed his studio in December 2014.
During his 40 year tenure as a photographer he has been president twice of INPPA. He was president of PPO 1991-92. He was one of the first instructors of the Oklahoma School of Professional Photography. He also was an "early bird" instructor at the Texas School of Professional Photography. Ted put on programs for guilds and professional associations through out Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and New Mexico. Also, serving as a judge for print competitions.
Ted authored and Co-published a book with Don Hayden called "Bread and Butter Photography".
With many other allocates under his career as a Photographer.
