Picnic and Gear Assistance at Lake Sahoma

Come out for a relaxing evening at beautiful Sahoma Lake, home to some of the best sunsets in the area!  Jennifer will be supplying the meat, buns, and bottled water.  Everyone else can bring their favorite picnic potluck item.  Family members are very welcome.

Several of the newer members have requested help with figuring out the technical aspects of their equipment.  Bring your camera and whatever you’d like help with and we’ll have one of our more experienced members help you out. 

This location has an AMAZING sunset (8:15) and golden hour light (7:20).  Cross your fingers for cooperating clouds!

Directions from highway 97 between Sand Springs and Sapulpa:

1.        Turn west on W 86^th St S

2.        Keep going until you pass Pretty Water Lake

3.        Turn right on S 145^th West Ave (a T-junction)

4.        Take the first left into the park.  The pavilion and playground will be on the right.
